Raphael founded HB Aesthetics in 2004, building the group around a singular purpose: to elevate skin health through science, innovation, and uncompromising quality. Twenty years on, he continues to lead the company’s vision, culture, and long-term strategy, from formulation science to the group’s international expansion.
Nicolas Manardo
Nicolas represents Amethis on HB Aesthetics’ Executive Committee. As part of the Amethis investment team, he works closely with the group’s management on strategic decision-making, international expansion, and long-term value creation — drawing on Amethis’ experience backing high-growth companies. Within the committee, he contributes a growth-investor’s perspective on scaling the business while safeguarding its long-term fundamentals.
Romain Gauvrit
Romain represents Amethis on HB Aesthetics’ Executive Committee. He works alongside the management team on key strategic initiatives — from operational scaling to international market development — bringing financial rigor and a long-term investment perspective to the group’s growth trajectory.
Philippe Dutheil
Philippe represents Siparex on HB Aesthetics’ Executive Committee. Drawing on Siparex’s four-decade track record of supporting ambitious French mid-sized companies, he brings a long-term, partnership-driven perspective to the group’s governance — helping guide strategic and financial decisions while respecting the company’s entrepreneurial culture.
Pascal Houdoyer
Pascal is the Chief Executive Officer of Laboratoires Boiron, a leading international healthcare and pharmaceutical group. He brings his experience leading a major pharmaceutical company — spanning manufacturing, international distribution, and regulatory affairs — to HB Aesthetics’ Executive Committee, offering an industry leader’s perspective on quality, compliance, and sustainable growth in the health and beauty sector.
Guillaume Teboul
Guillaume brings M&A and strategic advisory experience from Cambon Partners to HB Aesthetics’ Executive Committee. He supports the group on strategic transactions and growth opportunities, helping guide decisions around partnerships, expansion, and the company’s long-term positioning in the aesthetics market.
