2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may collect: identification data (name, email address, phone number) submitted through contact forms; professional data submitted through job applications; and technical/browsing data collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

  • Responding to enquiries submitted via our contact forms or email — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Processing job applications submitted via our Careers page — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Analytics and Website improvement — legal basis: consent, obtained via our cookie-consent banner.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, tax) — legal basis: Art. 6.1.c GDPR.

4. Data retention

Personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and, where applicable, to comply with legal retention obligations under Spanish law (e.g., commercial and tax record-keeping periods).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers acting as data processors (e.g., hosting, IT services) under data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR, or disclosed where required by law.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, HB Aesthetics ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@hb-aesthetics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

HB Aesthetics implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
